Abortion

In Memphis people who have decided to get an abortion have two clinic options. In Tennessee, anyone under 18 requires parent, guardian, or judicial permission. Tennessee law requires in-person counseling and a 48 hour waiting period before the abortion procedure. The National Abortion Federation has a hotline where people seeking information pertaining to abortion options, state laws, and financial assistance can call.
